Single Point Access: There is now a single point access for families to self refer. This could be for general support, medical support, emotional support or toiletting needs.

Rachel Hawkett is our allocated School Nurse, but general referrals may be given to a different nurse. Once you refer, they will triage the concern and allocate accordingly, before getting back to you. 

If you feel you need an urgent response and cannot access your GP, you can contact 111 or the Single Point of Access team. f you would like to speak to someone for more information about the services SPA offer and to find out about what support might be available for you, please call the SPA team on 0300 123 4496 (Option 1, then Option 3) and you will be put through to our Single Point of Access (SPA) team in Kent.
