Below are some apps which are recommended by Tina Rae, Senior Educational Psychologist, as tools to support with mental health and wellbeing. These are apps which a predominately for adult use and we suggest that an adult looks at them first before using them with children. 

 

If you are ever seriously concerned about your mental health or that of a family member, contact your GP.  These charities also offer support 24/7.
