St Edward's Catholic Primary School

Term 4

In Food Technology, we finished the topic by making our very own Ice Cream in a bag. It was extremely cold and we couldn't feel our hands afterwards.

At the end of Term 4, Year 5 took part in an exciting Easter Egg hunt! Every child completed the hunt and everyone won an egg.

In Design and Technology (Food Technology), we began our topic by diving into the Eatwell Guide. The children asked some fantastic questions about each segment and really wanted to begin to eat healthier. They each created a poster to explain the pros of a healthy diet.

In Mathematics today, some of the class were focusing on 'Time'. We identified that there was 5 minute segments and used this knowledge to count within the hour.
