• Dance Workshop for Year 5 and 5

  Our Year 5 and 6 pupils met students and teachers from Canterbury College's performing arts department.

  After just 45 minutes they learnt a street dance routine and performed it. Well done them

  

• Year 4 Saxon Workshop

  On 23rd November our Year 4 children became Saxon warriors for the morning. Face painted and dressed in Saxon gowns, armour or simple cloths they learnt how to grind corn to make bread, write in Runes, use pen quills to write and make a Saxon necklace.

  "It was a fun morning and we learnt loads about the Saxons." said one delighted Year 4 boy whilst dressed in chain mail!

  Congratulations to the children of St Edward's for being the Swale winners of the KM Walk on Wednesdays campaign. On 21st November we collected our winning certificate at an awards ceremony at Leeds Castle
